1. The connected lighting load is listed at 26,036 watts. The tenant floor area is listed at 4232 square feet. The resultant lighting load in watts per square foot is 6.15. The IECC allowable retail store lighting load is 3.1 watts per square foot. Please review and correct. Reference IECC Section 705.4.

1. Interior lighting controls shall allow the occupant to uniformly reduce the connected lighting load by at least 50%. Please review and clarify compliance. Reference IECC Section 705.2.1.

Sheet M2.0
1. Please clarify HVAC ducts shall be sealed with welds, gaskets, mastics, and mastic-plus-embedded-fabric systems or tapes. Tapes and mastics shall be listed and labeled in accordance with UL181A and UL181B. Duct tape is not permitted as a sealant on any ducts. Reference IECC Section 503.3.3.4.
