A meeting was held 9JUN10 with the developer and consultant to go over remaining items. Special inspections for toedowns were arranged; these toedowns were inspected and accepted 18JUN10. Planning & Development Services Department Engineering Division recommends approval of the project closure documentation for T03BU02430 and T04OT00131. However, there are 2 remaining inspection punchlist items that need to be addressed; The reseed bond for this grading permit will not be released until inspection results indicate that: 1) all interim controls have been removed from the site including the southeast corner of the site; and 2) weeds and debris are removed from north channel area.
