The following comment made on a previous review does not appear to have been addressed: "Provide identification of all operators and the areas over which each has control (Part IV.C.1). Where an operator is unknown (such as a yet to be determined general contractor) leave space for the identity to be supplied later". Explicitly identify the role that each operator will fill as described on page 31 of the Construction General Permit (CGP). 2.The following comment was also made on a previous review, and it too, does not appear to have been addressed: The site and grading plan appears to have been substantially revised since the previous submittal. Revise all aspects of the SWPPP to account for the changes in the site plan. Show drainage patterns, discharge locations, stabilization practices and temporary sediment controls on a revised site map that conforms with the revised site and grading plan. 3. Revise the inspection description on page 7 of the report to conform to the CGP. The site must be inspected whenever rain is predicted as well as after each rainfall event. |
