Indicate all existing and proposed impervious coverage for buildings, sidewalks and PAALs. Sheet A0.1 indicates existing and proposed square footage area, which does not coincide with the Hydrology Report. Correct and revise. 3. FYI - It looks like the collection vehicle will jump the curb as is it backs away from the refuse container. The redline indicated on Sheet C1.1 will give the collection enough maneuverability to backup and exit the site freely. Hydrology Report 1. Submit a routing table and perform the routing for existing and proposed 2-, 5-, 10-, and 100-year flood peaks. 2. Indicate the water surface elevation of the detention/retention basin. 3. Indicate all existing and proposed impervious coverage for buildings, sidewalks and PAALs. Sheet A0.1 indicates existing and proposed square footage area, which does not coincide with the Hydrology Report. Correct and revise. 4. Indicate the 5- and 100-year runoff coefficients used for soil types B and D as per the Stormwater Detention/Retention Manual Table 3.4 |

| 12/31/2002 | LINDA BUCZYNSKI | ELECTRICAL-COMMERCIAL | REVIEW | Denied | TRANSMIT ORIGINAL DRAWINGS WITH NEXT SUBMITTAL. PLEASE CALL AT 791-5550 X1106 OR EMAIL AT LBUCZYN1@CI.TUCSON.AZ.US IF YOU CARE TO DISCUSS. Sheet E6 1. AC-1 through AC-18 are listed on Sheet M2.0 as having MOCP 35 A. Yet the CB's at the panels are 40 A. And one, AC-17, is protected by NPC-1,3,5 at 60 A. Please correct/explain. 2. Roof mounted receptacles are fed by NPC-33 on HVAC Power Plan. On Panel Schedule, this circuit feeds lighting. Roof mounted receptacles are on NPC-26. Please correct. 3. Outdoor units CU-1 through CU-3 are listed on Sheet M2.0 as having MOCP 15 A. Yet the CB's at the panels are 20 A. Please correct/explain. 4. CU-1 are fed by NPE-40 on HVAC Power Plan. NPE-40 is listed as a spare on the Panelboard Schedule. However, CU-1 does appear on NPE1, Circuits 7,9. Please correct. 5. FC-1 and FC-2, at 6.8 MCA, are fed by NPE on HVAC Power Plan. Yet they are not on the Panelboard Schedule for that panel. It appears the intent was to feed them from Panel NPE1. Please correct. 6. FC-1, at 44 watts, is fed by NPE-40,42 on HVAC Power Plan. Yet those circuits are listed as spare on the Panelboard Schedule, and no feed for FC-1 on NPE. The intent may have been to power this FC-1 from NPE1. Please clarify. There are three FC-1s listed on NPE1, all at 708 VA per phase. Sheet E9 1. The "B" phase on Panel NPC appears overloaded. Some of the branch circuits appear to be carrying higher volt-amperes than are listed on the Schedule. Please double check/correct as necessary. Sheet E10 1. Feeders for Panels CPC and CPE, serve primarily nonlinear loads, thus the neutrals would have to be considered as current-carrying per 301-15 (b) (4) (c). Thus the 3/0 conductors would not be protected by the 200 A CBs. 2. No equipment ground shall be installed in conduit with service entrance conductors. 3. Could you please clarify what is meant by "service ground", from the panels in the buildings remote from the service entrance. |
