Approval is not recommended at this time. The following comments are offered: 1. Depict the limits of the 100-year floodplain affecting the site, with water surface elevations (wsel's) on a plan with a scale no smaller than 1" = 40'. Provide appropriate recommendations for floodplain use permit and finished floor elevation certification requirements, in accordance with sections 2.3.1.4 C (1, 2 & 6) and 5.2 (5 & 6) of the City of Tucson Standards Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management (SMDDFM) - Development Standard 10-02.0. 2. The hydraulic cross section location should be depicted on a map of similar, suitable scale, in accordance with section 2.3.1.4 e - SMDDFM. 3. Depict the limits of the 100-year floodplain on the site plan as it affects this project (see comment # 1) Development Standard 2-02.2.1(15). 4. Depict drainage patterns, finished grades or topographic contours and recommended finished pad and floor elevations on the site plan, per Development Standard 2-02.2.1(16). 5. A floodplain use permit will be required for this project. Please complete a floodplain use permit application and include with the resubmittal. A $50.00 floodplain use permit fee will be charged. 6. A resubmittal fee of $150.00 is required for the drainage report review, in accordance with Tucson Code, Section 26-11.2(i).
