Upon completion of the following revision/addition, an over the counter review may be arranged to obtain stamped approval by the zoning review section without resubmitting the site plan. The following item must be revised on or added to the site plan:

1. If sheet G 1.0 is going to remain as the "Title Sheet", revise legal description to be correct, revise on and off-site parking layout, remove all notes/references to nonconforming status, and make all other applicable changes per first review comments. Otherwise, remove sheet G 1.0 and place legend, sheet index , etc. on variance site plan sheet G 1.1.

2. Add the Board of Adjustment variance case number, date of approval, what the variances were approved for and any conditions of approval on the site plan.

3. Revise setback note on drawing and in the calculation notes to specify that the required MS&R street perimeter yard setback is 22 feet, which is the height of exterior building wall, measured from back of future curb location.
