Otherwise, remove sheet G 1.0 and place legend, sheet index , etc. on variance site plan sheet G 1.1. DS 2-02 2. Add the Board of Adjustment variance case number, date of approval, what the variances were approved for and any conditions of approval on the site plan. DS 2-02.2.1.A.38 3. Revise setback note on drawing and in the calculation notes to specify that the required MS&R street perimeter yard setback is 22 feet, which is the height of exterior building wall, measured from back of future curb location. LUC 3.2.6.5 4. The near side sight visibility triangles, at the intersection of Stone Ave and 4th St. (dimensioned at 340'), and at the intersection of Echols Ave and 4th St. (dimensioned at 110'), are drawn incorrectly and may be removed since they do not impact the project site.
