CODE SECTION/ DEVELOPMENT STANDARD 1. The following comments are based on a full code compliance review of the entire site. Please remove all notes, numbers, etc., which do not pertain to the proposed layout of the site. Too many lines, numbers, etc. which apply to the pre-existing site make it difficult to differentiate between what is existing and what is being proposed. 2. Pima County Assessors' records indicate this is comprised of two lots. A lot combination is required prior to site plan approval. Attached is a copy of the lot combination covenant, which must be recorded and submitted to the Zoning Review Section prior to site plan approval. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.2 3. a) Provide the south elevation drawing for the proposed day care building to verify compliance with L.U.C. 3.5.4.3.D. b) Per L.U.C. 3.2.6.4. perimeter yard indicator "CC", Lot Development Option (LDO) approval is required for the south lot line building setback. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.7 4. a) Vehicle parking for the Sunday school is not required. Please delete the vehicle parking calculation for the Sunday school. b) Since the religious use requires more parking than the day care, the religious use parking requirement prevail. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.8 / L.U.C. 3.3.4 5. a) Bicycle parking is not required for the Sunday school.
