07/27/2001 RANDY SCHULER ELECTRICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Approved E-1
1) It appears the conduit size for circuit "102"-1,3,5 is incorrect.
E-2
1) Provide a minimum #10 equipment-grounding conductor in the 30 amp feeder circuits serving the 3-ton A/C's. See 99NEC 250-122
2) The A/C loads in the panel schedules appear low. Please provide nameplate load data. Revise panel loads, service loads, and circuit design as necessary.
3) One of the 3 ton A/C's is connected to a 20 amp CB while the other is connected to a 30 amp CB. Please clarify.
4) The conductor size for the 5-ton A/C unit appears incorrect and the load in the panel appears to be too small.
5) Remove the reference to circuit 2,4,6 under the 3 ton A/C adjacent to the bathrooms.
6) Each four-plex receptacle must be calculated as a minimum of 360VA. 99NEC 220-3(b)(9)
7) The evaporative cooler in suite 107 appears to be connected to the wrong circuit and panel.
8) Keynote number 8 is pointed to what appears to be panel 102. This is in conflict with the keynote legend.
9) Provide the termination can ampacity for the service.
10) Provide a fault current analysis for the new panel. As an option a fully listed and labeled short circuit series rated system giving the panel a 75,100 amp withstand rating may be specified. See 99NEC 90-7, 110-3(a)(b), 110-9, 110-10, 110-22, and 240-86(a)(b).
11) The suite number should be 103 not 102 as shown. Please revise as necessary. Revise both E-1 and E-2.
12) See red line set of blue-line submittal.
