06/01/2001 | RANDY SCHULER | ELECTRICAL-COMMERCIAL | REVIEW | Denied | Second review: new comments are dated 06/01/01 Page 1 of 2. 06/01/01 The corrections are often confusing and illegible. Prepare a completely new set of plans incorporating all necessary changes. E2.1 1) Several circuits indicate a panel "A" designation. They should circuit to the "L" panel. 06/01/01 It now appears there are 2 circuits serving the fixtures. 2) Provide a fixture schedule that includes the fixture loads in VA. 06/ 01/01 OK 3) Connect the EP emergency light in the front of the store to circuit L-25. See 99NEC 700-12(e). 06/01/01 The emergency fixture is now connected to two circuits. E3.1 1) Several circuit breaker sizes are missing from panel "L". 06/01/01 OK 2) The walk-in cooler loads in the equipment schedule and the panel do not match. See circuit L-35,37,39. If the load in the panel is correct the #10 wire specified is too small. 06/01/01 There are now 2 loads in the panel schedule. 3) Provide disconnects for all appliances, including the walk-ins per 99NEC 422 part C. 06/ 01/ 01 Provide disconnect size, number of poles, fuse types and sizes. 4) The walk-in freezer load in the equipment schedule does not match the load in the panel schedule. See circuit L-30,32,34. 06/01/01 There are now 2 loads in the panel schedule. 5) There are 3 homerun leaders in the front of the store which do not appear to terminate anywhere. 06/01/01 This appears to be corrected however it is difficult to determine. 6) Circuits L-19,29,10 and 12 appear in the panel however I cannot locate them on the plan. 06/01/01 Corrections are illegible Page 2 of 2 7) Provide a WP GFCI receptacle on the rooftop within 25' of the HVAC equipment. 99NEC 210-63. 06/01/01 OK 8) The bonding jumper from the 75 kVA transformer to panel "L" must be increased to a #4 copper minimum. See 99NEC 250-30 06/01/01 There are now 2 ground wire sizes called out. 9) Provide a fault current analysis to panel "H". Please note fuse let- through values are not acceptable unless part of a UL listed integrated short circuit series rated system. 06/01/01 Not addressed. The following MALL requirements must be included on full size sheets and integrated into each submission set. 1) Mall service location, service designation, service capacity, total service load (both new and existing), total number of service disconnects, and a complete one-line service diagram. 06/01/01 Please read this requirement carefully and comply in every respect. |
