06/07/2021 | SBEASLE1 | TUCSON WATER NEW AREA DEVELOPMENT | REVIEW | Approved | Email from: Jeremiah.Jenkins@TucsonAz.gov To: CDRC Mon 6/7/2021 1:48 PM Tucson Water approves of the split with the following stipulations: The two existing sets of service connections put in per Tucson Water plan #002-098-2019 will only be available for lot 10A. If lot 10B requires connections they will need to be installed separately either through a new Water Plan through our New Development section, or through a Job Order Contract with New Services. According to my investigation the new lot line will be at the water line running east and west across lot 10 currently, and this will be the line utilized for any new services needed for lot 10B.
