This approval is for elements related to the sewer system only. Approval will need to be reobtained if the scope of the project changes that may impact the sewer. This also could include the language in the Dedication as well as easements for utilities/sewers. We request the applicant to contact RWRD-DLU to discuss what action if any shall be required. If the jurisdiction requires RWRD signature on the Mylar and there has been changes without communication it could delay the obtaining of RWRD's signature. Consent to Dedicate and CC&R fees are $10.00 for the first 5 pages and $1.00 for each additional page. If the Consent to Dedicate is also a fixture filing, there is an additional $9.00 fee.
