As long as Chuck is good with 30 feet, I am.

Thanks,

Mary –

16’ is doable.
Regarding the easement length south of the last pole that is remaining, Chuck had mentioned 30 feet would be acceptable and that is what we are showing. Does it have to be 40’?

Hi Dan,
TEP requires a 16 foot wide easement for our overhead facilities and I believe that’s what was on the earlier plan sheets that were sent over for review. Will that be do-able? Also just want to confirm that the easement length is at least 40 feet south of the last pole that is remaining.

Thanks,

Good Morning Mary and Chuck –

Attached is a pdf copy of the Final Plat Sheet 2 showing the 15’ wide electric easement Chuck discussed with Bruce Paton and myself yesterday at our on-site meeting. Please let me know if this works for you guys and/or if you have any questions.

If it looks good, I will then resubmit the Final Plat to the City and they will route the plat to Mary for final approval.

Thanks,

Dan
