This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department.
PCRWRD hereby approves the above referenced submittal of the Final Plat received by us on December 9, 2013.
Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) will need to be obtained.

SUMMARY: Engineering Division of Planning and Development Services Department has received and reviewed the proposed Final Plat, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and Title Report. Engineering Division has reviewed the submitted Final Plat and recommends conditional approval at this time.

The following items need to be addressed:

FINAL PLAT COMMENTS:

1) AM Sec.2-07.6.1.B: The final plat cannot be scheduled for Mayor and Council consideration until either Financial Assurances are submitted or a copy of a performance bond for the project is submitted.
