The subject submittal has been reviewed and it can not be approved at this time. Address the following comments before review can continue. Prepare a detailed response that explains the revisions that were made and references the exact location in the Assurances where the revisions were made:

Final Plat Mylar:

Final Plat Mylar is recommended for approval pertaining to Engineering and Floodplain Review.

CC & R's:

CC & R's are recommended for approval pertaining to Engineering and Floodplain Review.

Assurances:

The following comments were made previously, but the submittal does not appear to have addressed the comments:

1. The Assurances and CC & R's documents may need to be revised in accordance with Comment #1 requirements.
2. Revise the Assurance document to remove the words "(Subdivision name)" every applicable place where the actual subdivision name is provided.
3. It seems that the 2008 date needs to be revised on Page 7 of 10 of the "Agreement to Construct…" Assurance document.
4. Fill in the Case Number on Page 10 of 10 of the Agreement.
5. Replace the name "Kathleen S. Detrick" with the current City Clerk's name "Roger W. Randolph".
6. Revise the paragraph numbered (1) of the "Amendment to Trust…" Assurance document to remove the words "(Subdivision name).
7. Replace the wording of "Book and Page" by "Sequence Number" in all appropriate places (e.g. Exhibit "A").
8. Provide one more copy of the "Trust Agreement" and the "Warranty Deed".
