1. Show required setback from detention/retention basins as required by (D.S. 2-03.6.4.E.). The setback will ensure that no buildings will be built adjacent to the basins in the future. Provide the detention/retention basin setback symbol in the Legend.
2. Explain why the floodplain limits, shown on the Final Plat mylar, have changed from the limits shown on the approved paper Final Plat.
3. Explain the new utility easements that were not shown on the approved paper Final Plat (e.g. 15'X15' TEP Easement within Common Area "B", near Atterbury Wash Way, on Sheet 4 of 6). Clarify if any of those easements might be in conflict with locations of other facilities or the proposed activities within the common areas.

CC & R's:

Submit a revised CC & R's document in accordance with the following comments:

1. Since there are two different CC & R's for the two phases of Mountain Vail Estates, provide the exact description of each phase under project title on Page #1 (i.e. Mountain Vail Estates, Lots 1 to 135, and Common Areas "A" (Private Streets) and "B" (Drainage, Recreation, Landscaping and Public Utilities))
2. There are two pages numbered 3.
3. Number the Table of Contents pages with Roman Numerals.
