02/17/2009 | DAVID RIVERA | ZONING | REVIEW | Approv-Cond | CDRC TRANSMITTAL TO: Development Services Department Plans Coordination Office FROM: David Rivera Principal Planner PROJECT: S07-110 Mountain Vail Estates, Lots 1-135, Common Areas "A" and "B" Final Plat TRANSMITTAL DATE: February 17, 2009 DUE DATE: February 25, 2009 COMMENTS: 1. The Zoning Review Section approves the final plat for this subdivision, subject to the following changes on the executed final plat. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised final plat to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements. 2. Revise the following items in the CC&R's document: a. The cover sheet does not reference the complete name of the subdivision. The name on the plat is Mountain Vail Estates and labeled in the CC&R's as Mountain Vail. Please revise the name in several locations of the CC&R's accordingly. (Several pages must be revised.) b. On page 20 section 5.2.3 the rezoning case number of C9-03-01is referenced. Yet I don't see that number referenced anywhere on the plans. If this is a typo revise the section as required with the correct rezoning case number. c. On page 64, revise the 2007 date to 2009. If you have any questions about this transmittal, please call David Rivera, (520) 791-5608. C\planning\cdrc\finaplat\S07110fpca RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: CC&R's |
