Tucson Electric Power Company (TEP) has reviewed the final plat
submitted September 18, 2007. TEP is unable to approve the plat at this
time. The preliminary electrical design has been completed and will be
mailed out within the next few days. This design depicts where the
equipment is designed to be located along with the required easements.



In order for TEP to approve the final plat, the following will be
required:



* A 10' easement strip for the primary cable between Lots 18 and
19.
* An additional 5' x 10' easement at each of the transformer and
pedestal locations.

Show all requested easements on the resubmittal of the final plat.
Submit two copies to the City of Tucson for TEP's final approval.
