Tucson Electric Power Company (TEP) has reviewed the final plat
submitted October 24, 2005. TEP is unable to approve the plat at this
time.



In order for this Company to approve the final plat, the following will
be required.



* A 10' x 10' TEP easement is required at each of the junction
cabinet's within the subdivision.

* A 10' wide TEP strip easement is required for the cable within
Blocks A and B and for the transformer located westerly of and between
Blocks A and B.

* A 10' wide TEP strip easement is also required for the cable
out of the junction cabinet between Lots 12 and 13. Also, for the
transformers and cable in the drainage area along the east property
line.



Show all requested easements on the resubmittal of the final plat.
Submit two bluelines to the City of Tucson for TEP's final approval.
