Increase the density and number of genus/species of shrubs in the Houghton Greenway. Increase the number of genus of trees in Houghton Greenway. For an example of density and variety in genus/species, see the Greenway segment adjacent to Mesquite Ranch between Bilby Rd and Poorman Rd. Only native plants to be used in Greenway.

The landscaping in the Greenway is depicted as ending approximately 100 ft north of Bilby Road. Landscape the Greenway down to Bilby Rd.

Irrigation wil be required for Houghton Greenway landscaping.

Indicate color of decomposed granite for trail in Greenway will match color of d.g. trail adjacent to Mesquite Ranch.
