The CC & R's are acceptable. It is recommended however to include the Detention/Retention maintenance checklist in the CC & R's to facilitate access to it by the Home Owners Association. The submitted assurances are acceptable, however, include a copy of the "Trust Agreement" and the "Warranty Deed" with the Original Assurances package. |
