It should be noted that these comments are for Rancho Del Este II. It appears from the tentative plat that this project has a new name, “Rancho Paraiso”. The applicant has faxed over portions of the S03-009 tentative plat, which show how they have addressed our comments of July 8, 2003. The applicant is requesting that we forward our approval that our comments have been addressed and that we would allow them to show these changes on the mylar. We are willingly to do so, as long as Development Services feels comfortable in checking the mylar and tentative plat that our comments have been addressed and complied with. |

The following comments are offered for your use: 1. As verbally agreed with Paul Iezzi the following issues will be corrected and resubmitted for our review and approval. Assign a manhole number to each new manhole. Lower the grade to 0.5% from 1% for the last manhole on Golf Links Road. This will give 6" more depth on the manhole and lower the pipe which will allow more clearance under storm culverts. 2. Please submit a blueline with the above revisions to the Development Review Division for our files. A fee will not be required for this submittal. 3.
