Engineering has reviewed the received items and does not recommend approval of the Final Plat or the CC&Rs. Engineering has not received the Assurances. RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: FP, CC&Rs SUBMITTAL REQUIRED: ASSURANCES TENTATIVE PLAT APPROVAL IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL PLAT APPROVAL. The next submittal should address the following items: FINAL PLAT 1. Change the APPROVAL paragraph to say, " I, KATHLEEN DETRICK, CLERK OF THE CITY......". 2. Change the ASSURANCES paragraph signature line to say, "CITY OF TUCSON DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT ENGINEERING ADMINISTRATOR", instead of "CITY OF TUCSON ENGINEER". 3. Include in the DEDICATION paragraph, "WE HEREBY DEDICATE TO THE PUBLIC FOREVER ALL RIGHTS-OF-WAY AS SHOWN HEREON, INCLUDING ALL STREETS AND DRAINAGEWAYS". 4.
