12/03/2019 | AHINES2 | ENV SVCS | REVIEW | Reqs Change | Upon review of TSMR DS19-24, EGSD affirms original approval submitted by Tom Ryan on 9/13/19 to DP19-0217 for roll-out/in front-load service which is to be performed by occupant/user. 1. Regarding the trash enclosure detail on page 6 of 10 within DP19-0217, I would like to request clarification on the rolling gates, will they have a track on the ground for guiding the gate? This design would be unacceptable due to the requirement for rolling containers out/in from/to enclosure. A track elevated above ground would create an obstruction. 2. Additionally the enclosure detail should include a concrete pad in front of the enclosure which would serve as the collection area for the service vehicle and necessary service for rolling the containers. I don't see this identified. Regards, Andy Vera City of Tucson Environmental Services Accounts Representative Supervisor Office (520) 837-3798 Fax (520) 791-4156e-mail: Andy.Vera@tucsonaz.gov |
