1. Update the sheet index to reflect the correct number of pages in this new plan set.

2. Include the new DP number in the bottom right hand corner - DP22-0174.

3. Include the detail page that demonstrates the design of the proposed bicycle parking.

4. Demonstrate the storage shed is meeting the minimum setback requirement to the northern property line. The minimum setback requirements for a nonresidential use adjacent to a nonresidential zone is 1.5 times the height of the proposed building wall (UDC Table 6.3-4.A). As the storage shed's wall is 8' high, the minimum setback from the exterior shed wall to the property line is 12'.
