Include width dimensions of paving, curbs, and sidewalks. 5. Remove "PRELIMINARY" from seal, typical all sheets. 6. Please include drainage report with next submittal. Sheet 2 7. Add leaders to the grading/paving notes for clarification. 8. Provide slope at all proposed curb access ramps. 9. Provide handrails at access ramps that exceed 5%. 10. Provide cross slope on the proposed sidewalk to verify 2% max. 11. Callout all high points. 12. Provide a cross section of the drive aisles/parking. 13. Add truncated domes at the ramp landing east of building #1. 14. Please include proposed storm drain pipe slope. Sheet 3 15. Provide a cross section of the driveway east of building #3. 16.
