City of Tucson Permit - check-marked and signed. See attached. 2. Contractor's Letter of Intent: This short Letter should include the project title, project address, Permit/Activity Number, and Arizona ROC number with CR-2 or A-5 grading license classification. https://roc.az.gov/contractor-search After all the requirements are met, please allow a few days for our staff to stamp the approved plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email. The Plan Issued email will include information regarding your Plan document and required inspections. After we send the Plan Issued email AND any related permits have also been approved/issued, construction can begin. IMPORTANT - For future reference: When submitting a REVISION request for this approved plan, your revised pages can be submitted as their own PDF. The complete "Approved Development Package" PDF document should also be submitted, but only as a REFERENCE document. The reference document's title should include the word "REFERENCE." Thank you.
