| 02/28/2022 | SBLOOD1 | ENGINEERING | REVIEW | Reqs Change | 1. The project location map on the cover sheet needs to cover approximately 1 sq mile and be drawn at a minimum scale of 3" = 1 mile per Admin Manual 2-06.4.4. 2. Provide a back-up spur for the last parking space on the east side of the parking lot per UDC article 7.4.6.F.4. 3. When was the existing CMU wall installed? Both the aerial and street view along with the lot split and presub submittals all show an existing chain link fence. Was there a site review for the CMU wall? 4. Show all points of drainage off the roof of the proposed building and where the runoff is being directed to. 5. Show on the grading plan the depressed water harvesting areas delineated with more spot grades and or contours so that it is clear they are depressed 6-9 inches as indicated on the water harvesting plan. 6. The drainage report notes that blocks from the CMU wall will be removed to allow water to pass through the northwest corner of the site. On the grading plan a flow arrow is shown passing through the wall on the southeast corner. Please clarify if and how water will flow through the wall at that area. 7. On the drainage report include an exhibit to go along with the first flush calculations that help illustrate the numbers used in the spreadsheet calculations. The exhibit should include such elements as: undisturbed areas delineated and sq footage, disturbed areas delineated and sq footage, impervious surfaces delineated and sq footage, non-contributing basins with landscape delineated and sq footage, stormwater harvesting basins including first flush delineated and sq footage, stormwater harvesting basin #s, flow direction, and water shed #s.
