The exhibit should include such elements as: undisturbed areas delineated and sq footage, disturbed areas delineated and sq footage, impervious surfaces delineated and sq footage, non-contributing basins with landscape delineated and sq footage, stormwater harvesting basins including first flush delineated and sq footage, stormwater harvesting basin #s, flow direction, and water shed #s. This plan has been reviewed for compliance with applicable development criteria in the City of Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-11 and Technical Manual (TM) Section for landscape, native plants and water harvesting. 1. This comment was not adequately addressed, the water harvesting chart does not appear on the civil drawings. A Commercial Rainwater Harvesting plan is required. Multi-family projects are commercial development. UDC Technical Standards Manual – Section 4-01.0.0. and Section 5-01.0.0 Landscaping and Screening. 2. This comment was not adequately addressed - The water harvesting basins and retention/detention basins should be designed naturally and organically. Squares with slightly rounded corners are not organic shapes. 3. Indicate on the plans that existing vegetation in the drainageways will remain undisturbed.
