This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-06. Also, compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM). The Zoning Review Section conditionally approves the development package for this project subject to addressing the following comments. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised development package to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements. 2-06.4.9 - Information on Proposed Development The following information on the proposed project shall be shown on the drawing or added as notes. A hold has been put on the C of O for T21CM05319 until documentation for the cross access listed below have been provided. 1. This comment shall be addressed prior to approval of the DP. COMMENT: 2-06.4.9.E – Either a lot combination will be required or some type of cross access easement or agreement will need to be recorded. 2. This comment shall be addressed prior to approval of the DP. COMMENT: 2-06.4.9.L – Some type of cross access easement or agreement will need to be recorded for the access proposed along the southern portion of the site.
