City of Tucson Permit - Check-marked and signed. See attached. 2. Letter of Intent from the Contractor: Includes the project title, project address, Activity Number, ROC license number 3. Payment receipt (if paid in the past 1-2 days). If longer than that, no receipt needed. After we receive the required documentation, please allow 5-10 business days for our staff to stamp the approved plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you an email notification.
