Please reply to this email and attach: (Disregard the automatic email response that will be sent) 1. City of Tucson Permit - Check-marked and signed. See attached. 2. Letter of Intent from the Contractor: Includes the project title, project address, Activity Number, and Arizona ROC number with CR-2 or A-5 grading license classification. https://roc.az.gov/contractor-search 3. Fugitive Dust Activity Permit from Pima County DEQ at (520) 724-7400, http://webcms.pima.gov/cms/one.aspx?pageId=54362 4. Payment receipt (if paid in the past 1-2 days). If longer than that, no receipt needed. After the meeting is completed and we receive the required documentation, please allow a few days for our staff to stamp the approved plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email.
