Thank you for the opportunity to comment on DP21-0094 Circle K at The Bridges, fuel canopy, roadway, median; 3
rd Submittal, a development package application for a 1.386 acre site, which is located southwest of the intersection of East Tucson Marketplace Boulevard and South Kino
Parkway. The property is zoned Planned Area Development 15 (PAD-15) and the project would support the development of a gas station, which would contain food and beverage sales and fuel dispensing uses.

This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.

The Tucson Airport Authority approves the 3rd submittal of this project and has no additional comments to provide.
