-IMPORTANT - Include the $6,205.84 refund amount on the form and ask for a 100% refund. Include: "The error was due to City staff's incorrect data entry when initially setting up the permit in Permits Plus. Contact person is Alexandra Hines."

-Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for a paper check in the mail.
-Submit the completed Refund Request form and a short letter of explanation/request on your company letterhead (PDF) to the Filedrop:

After we receive the required documentation, please allow a few days for our staff to stamp the approved plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you an email notification.
