City of Tucson Permit - Check-marked and signed on page one. See attached. 2. Letter of Intent from the Contractor: Includes the project title, project address, Activity Number, ROC license number 3. Receipt for online payment AFTER REPLYING with the required documents, allow a few days for us to stamp the approved plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email notification. That email will include information regarding the approved stamped plans and required inspections. Thank you.
