Email the following documents to COTDSDpermits@TucsonAZ.gov (Disregard the automatic reply you will receive: "This email account is not...".) 1. City of Tucson Permit - Check-marked and signed. See attached. 2. Letter of Intent from the Contractor: Includes the project title, project address, Activity Number, ROC license number 3. Fugitive Dust Activity Permit: Contact Pima County DEQ at (520) 724-7400 AFTER REPLYING with the required documents and completing the meeting, allow a few days for us to stamp the approved plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email notification. That email will include information regarding the approved stamped plans and required inspections. Thank you.
