This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-06. Also, compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM). Section 3.3.3.G.5.c UDC, an applicant has one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a site plan that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application, unless an ordinance adopted by Mayor and Council during this period states otherwise. A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. The new submittal initiates a new one-year review period. One-year Expiration date is May 17, 2021. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS 1. 2-06.4.2.D - Provide the page number and the total number of pages in the package (i.e., sheet xx of xx on all sheets. The cover sheet shows "SHEET 1 OF 84" but there are 96 sheets in the plan. Also provide the sheet xx of xx within the drawing index for ease of maneuvering within the drawing set. 2. 2-06.4.3 - Provide the development package case number, DP20-0104 , adjacent to the title block on all sheets. 3. 2-06.4.4 - The project location map shall be drawn at a minimum scale of three-inch equals one mile 4. 2-06.4.4.C - Label the scale of the project location map. 2-06.4.7 - General Notes The following general notes are required. Additional notes specific to each plan are required where applicable. 2-06.4.7.A - Zoning and Land Use Notes 5. 2-06.4.7.A.4 - The existing and proposed use should be listed as Transportation Service: Airport Authority, subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.113.Q.5 6. 2-06.4.7.A.6.a - Provide a general note on the cover sheet stating "THIS PROJECT IS DESIGNED TO MEET THE OVERLAY ZONE(S) CRITERIA, UDC ARTICLE 5.6 AIRPORT ENVIRONS ZONE (AEZ)." 2-06.4.9 - Information on Proposed Development The following information on the proposed project shall be shown on the drawing or added as notes. 7. 2-06.4.9.H.5 - Provide a width dimension for the entrance and exit access lane for the new vehicle parking shown on sheet CS101. 8. 2-06.4.9.H.5 - Sheet CS101 show the required 1'-0" setback from the proposed "PARKNG LOT SHADE CANOPY" to the PAAL, see UDC Article 7.4.6.F.2.a.(1). 9. 2-06.4.9.H.5 - Sheet CS506 Detail 4 the location dimension for the proposed wheel stop does not meet the requirements of UDC Article 7.4.6.H.3. 10. 2-06.4.9.H.5 - Sheet CS103 demonstrate on the plan that the requirements of UDC Article 7.4.6.F.4 are met for the area south of the proposed accessible parking space and the fence & 6" guard post. 11. 2-06.4.9.H.5 - Sheet CS506 Detail 4 & 5 provide a location dimension for the proposed wheel stops. 12. 2-06.4.9.H.5 - Sheet CS506 Detail 4 clearly demonstrate that the proposed accessible signs do not encroach into the 2'6" vehicle overhang. 13. 2-06.4.9.Q - Provide the square footage and the height of each commercial, industrial, or business structure and the specific use proposed within the footprint of the building(s). 14. 2-06.4.9.R - Sheet CS101 there is an existing accessible access ramp shown just southwest of the proposed accessible parking spaces that appears it will not meet cross slopes for an accessible route. 15. 2-06.4.9.R - Sheet CS101 show the proposed accessible ramp called out under Keyed Note 3 on the plan. 16. 2-06.4.9.R - Sheet CS103 provide a width dimension for the striped area between the vehicle parking spaces.
