For example the narrow basin to the west is undersized given the tributary area that is feeding it. Provide a water shed boundary for each of the water harvesting basins showing that the tributary impervious area is being discharges into a basin that has sufficient capacity 2) Show how water flow to the west and north is controlled to match the existing discharge points and not affect surrounding property.
