Fugitive Dust Activity Permit from Pima County DEQ at (520) 724-7400, http://webcms.pima.gov/cms/one.aspx?pageId=54362 4. Payment receipt (if paid in the past 1-2 days). If longer than that, no receipt needed. After we receive the required documentation, please allow a few days for our staff to stamp the approved plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email.
