The property is zoned Planned Area Development 15 (PAD-15), with the proposed development being a traveler’s accommodation and lodging. This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.
