Thank you for the opportunity to comment on DP20-0039, Waterwalk at the Bridges, multi-story hotel, 2nd Submittal, a development package application for an approximately 2.6 acre site, located west of the intersection of East Tucson Marketplace Boulevard and South Park Avenue. The property is zoned Planned Area Development 15 (PAD-15), with the proposed development being a traveler’s accommodation and lodging.

This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.

The Tucson Airport Authority conditionally approves the subject request but will provide full approval once a copy of the recorded Avigation Easement is provided to the Tucson Airport Authority.
