1. City of Tucson Permit, checkmarked and signed (see attached). Before signing, double-check information for accuracy (owner name, etc.).
2. Letter of Intent from the Contractor: Includes the project title, project address, Activity Number, ROC license number
3. Payment receipt for permit # T20OT00203

AFTER REPLYING with the required documents, allow a fewdays for our staff to stamp the plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email notification. That email will include awebpage link to the approved stamped plans and a list of required inspections.
