2. In person at the City Permit Counter (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
3. By mail - a check payable to the City of Tucson (address is below), include the Activity Number

YOUR NEXT STEPS - Reply to this email and attach the following documents:
1. City of Tucson Permit, checkmarked and signed (see attached). Double-check information (owner name, etc.) for accuracy before signing.
2. Letter of Intent from the Contractor: Includes the project title, project address, Activity Number, ROC license number
3. Fugitive Dust Activity Permit: Contact Pima County DEQ at (520) 724-7400, http://webcms.pima­.gov/cms/one.aspx?pageId=54362
4. Payment receipt (if paying online)

After replying with the required documents, allow a few days for our staff to stamp the plans, upload them to PRO (www.tucsonaz.gov/pro), and send you a "Plan Issued" email notification. The email will include a link to the approved stamped plans and a list of required inspections.
