Thank you for the opportunity to comment on DP20-0006, TEP, Phase 2, Irvington Facilities, operations center and office; 2nd Submittal, a development package application for an approximately 4.4 acre site, located southwest of the intersection of South Swan Road and East Irvington Road. The property is zoned Planned Area Development 34 (PAD-34), with the proposed development being operations and office buildings for TEP.
This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.

The Tucson Airport Authority approves the 2nd submittal of this project and has no additional comments to provide.
