COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This plan has been reviewed for compliance with the Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-06. Also compliance with applicable development criteria for the proposed use as listed in the City of Tucson Uniform Development Code (UDC) and the UDC Technical Standards Manual (TSM).

2-06.4.0 CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

1. 2-06.4.2.D - The last sheet provided in this set shows sheet "24 of 27", if this is the last sheet should in not be "27 of 27"?

2. 2-06.4.2.D - All sheets provided in the revision set should have the total number of sheets updated to reflect "27".

3. 2-06.4.5 - The drawing index should have the total number of sheets updated to match the 27 provided.

2-06.4.9 - Information on Proposed Development
The following information on the proposed project shall be shown on the drawing or added as notes.

4. 2-06.4.9.L - An access easement is required for "DECORATIVE PAVER" area shown on the plan. Provide the recordation information on the plan.

5. 2-06.4.9.W - A separate sign permit will be required for the signage shown on the monument wall.

6. Clarify why sheets that are not being revised have been provided in this set.

7. The provided revision letter references sheet "18A" but no sheet "18A" was provided in the drawing set.

8. The provided revision letter references sheet "27" but no sheet "27" was provided in the drawing set.

9. Provide documentation that the Bridges Design Review has seen and approved the proposed revision.
