The purpose of this document is to show the comments from my review. The Applicant has submitted a revision to the DP Package, documents dated December 10, 2020 and a comment response letter dated
December 10, 2020.

The Applicant has revised the DP drawings and revised the fence detail (detail J/page 7) to reflect compliance with previous review comments. These include the IID/HPZ condition that the fence all Russell Avenue provide an unobstructed view above six feet and the 48" maximum height of a fence along the principal street facade for the existing contributing building. Note identified on Detail J indicate "4'-0" max along 18th street, 6'-0" max along Russell Ave."

Based on the drawings provided, the details meet the requirements. I therefore approve these changes.
