Dear Ms. Beasley,
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on DP18-0274, 4C Shalom Subdivision; 3rd Submittal, a development package application for an approximately 2.38 acre site, located northeast of the intersection of East Lee Street and North Rachel Place. The property has been recently rezoned to Residence Zone 1 (R-1) from Residence Zone X-1 (RX-1), with the proposed development being a new single family housing development.
The Tucson Airport Authority recognizes condition of approval, included with the rezoning of this property, City of Tucson Rezoning case C9-18-19, was omitted from this rezoning case in error when it was provided to the City of Tucson Mayor and Council. The Tucson Airport Authority has since received communication from the project applicant, Chuck Cushman, and the City of Tucson, Michael Wyneken, that Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Form 7460 was filed with the FAA. The project applicant provided the Tucson Airport Authority and the City of Tucson with a copy of the official FAA determination which was generated from submitting FAA Form 7460 to the FAA. The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied the applicant has met the conditions associated rezoning case C9-18-19.
The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the 3rd submittal of the project and has no further comments to provide.
