Please be advised that CDRC has conditionally-approved the above mentioned development package. The development package proposes subdividing the subject parcel into 12 lots for single-family dwellings, with a proposed maximum height of 25 feet. The property is approximately 2.38 acres. The existing zoning is RX-1 and the proposed zoning is R-1. Conditions of rezoning per the decision of the Mayor and Council are hereby met. A copy of the development package is included. The ordinance may be scheduled for Mayor and Council adoption at any time.
