The property is zoned Industrial 2 (I-2) and the proposed development is a new research and development facility. This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority has reviewed the applicant's third submittal. The Tucson Airport Authority acknowledges receiving a copy of the recorded Avigation Easement document and is satisfied with the updated notes contained within the 3rd submittal of the project.
