The land use is industrial, with the proposed development being utilized as storage, maintenance, and testing area for large format cell test equipment. This site is within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority is satisfied with the fourth submittal of the project and has no additional comments to submit.
