The project proposes to establish a new industrial use. This site is within FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority confirms the applicant has provided the necessary plans to review the proposed project. Lorraine Behr, Tucson Airport Authority Project Manager, has communicated that a letter has been sent to the applicant to address concerns and requirements identified by the Tucson Airport Authority.
